I went here to get my ears pierced and they were so good! The first time they put the black dots on my ears to show where they would put the earings in was already perfect and they had a lovely selection of studs! Would definitely recommend to everyone

I have been visiting Beauty Spot for a number of years and have known the Owner much longer. She is very particular about her business and succeeds in offering an excellent personal service, tailor made to your needs. She employs lovely and welcoming staff who are all very proffessional. I especially enjoy the loyalty card! I look forward to me next visit.
My sis-in-law paid for me to have a pedicure at this place in the last month of pregnancy as I was unable to see my toes by then... Being a busy new mum I finally arranged for it to be done after 9 months. I turned up, had the treatment and at the end of it was told I have to pay for it (AGAIN) as the voucher was 10 months old and according to the unpleasant owner - out of date. Their vouchers expire at 6 months. I was made to feel as if I had turned up 10 years too late. To put it simply, I will definitely not be visiting this place again and most certainly will not recommend it to anyone I know. What a rip off!
