I took my bike in for a service on Saturday. I had problems with the gear change not working. I was told it would be ready on Sunday afternoon.To my delight i received a call Sunday morning.It is now changing gears smoothly.The staff were extremely helpful and service was great. I cannot rate tgem highly enough.
Turned me away with my bike that needed a service , because they had too many bikes in and run out of room , poor wont. Be going back
How can a car spares shop not stock spark plugs. Waste of time unless you want a bike

Customer service was terrible I asked the only person available who was fiddling around with decorations if they had any de ionised water and the guy said 'its under the batteries' without stopping what he was doing or even looking at me which I thought was incredibly rude.
