Never buying a car from fords gates again Ive had my car 13 months and have had several problems with it after 4 weeks of having it. The car has been into the garage around 3 weeks in total.....13 months in and still not fixed even though the techinal team have come up with the answer my car cant be fixed as they dont have the relevant parts to fix it? No return calls to give me an answer and I cant use it due to the oil pressure alarm and temperature gauge going up and down. But the best part is I can still use it they say...Very angry customer never again...... Ive still got the car as they would only let me return it at a cost bloody joke useless...Still not fixed and we are now January and no one has booked my car in to fix it

This dealership has a bright, clean and inviting reception area. The polite and helpful staff are knowledgeable. The booking in of the service by phone was easy with available slots to suit me. The car was ready for collection at the advised time, with all work carried out to my satisfaction. In the past all the services on my cars were carried out at the Enfield branch (formally known as Trust Ford).This time I tried the Hertford branch and was pleasantly surprised to find the service so much more professional and stress free, and a customer car park where you can actually find a parking space, ( a problem at Enfield )

He has your best interest at heart to get you what you need at the price you want. He is very polite and shows an interest in you as an individual.
