Totally rubbish experience!I was recently looking for a new car to purchase. I started off by looking at CARWOW. I got a quote for the A-Class Saloon which I was quite happy with and was told he will be receiving the car a week from the time I got the quote. I was looking specifically for the A200 A-Class Saloon. I booked an appointment with salesman JACOB.Upon arrival, I approached the reception, which on a positive note, were polite, and escorted me to have a seat in the waiting area and told me that tea and coffee were available at the rear which was nice. I sat down in the waiting area and was then unexpectedly seen and served by Jacob from the waiting area, which I thought was very unprofessional. Jacob kept going back and forth from me to upstairs to get the paperwork which I felt like was very 'shady'. He did mention that the computers were not working, but at my first look upon entering this branch, all of the computers seemed working absolutely fine because his colleagues were browsing on them. I have never ever been to a dealership and experienced anything like this, especially a high-end brand. Anyhow, Jacob was selling me another same model car, which to be honest, I didnt want at the time, and he said that if I do not go ahead and pre-order the car, my current car's value would go down (which was for part-exchange). I really felt pressurised on making an unwanted purchase and to be honest, he didnt explain anything about the car so I didnt know what I was buying apart from it being an A-Class Saloon. I walked away from the dealership with question marks in my mind but in the end, I withdrew from this purchase and decided to go elsewhere where I had an exceptional, professional experience. A piece of advice to anyone who wants to buy a new car from Mercedes, go to Stevenage, and not the Hertford branch as Mercedes of Stevenage has better customer service!
Very helpfull disability section nice informative young lad
This particual Mercedes garage is absolutely rubbish, I went there last year and the salesmen for the business fleet department said he will call me back to arrange to test drive of 2 vehciles... he never called back to arrange, so i purchased those 2 vehicles from a different garage. I went there again at the begining of Jan 2019, again was told i will get a call back and guess what... I never did, so i certainly will not be going to this one again. Mercedes in Loughton seems to be a much better garage from my own expirence
Through choice i would always take my Mercedes to this Dealer. Have always had a good experience. The reception greeting staff are 100% professional and exact with detail which sets the tone for your visit.

If you ever visit this show room, I would highly recommend you request to speak to him as his knowledge and sales technique is second to none! Don't worry, no hard sales only professionalism, a pleasure to deal with. They have always taken great care of us here so I will be back for my next car.
