Took my car here today. Told guy I wanted gold service and asked him to leave the boot alone. And not to use any chemicals inside the car as turns my dash blue. Try to say I'd have to have the one above gold due to couple dog hairs on one the seats. I said no. He then ignored that and try give me that service as well as opened my boot and sprayed that chemical in the car. And after all that didn't even hoover back foot well and i got clean inside glass my self as used dirty cloth that left them all misty. Would not recommend

Awful place. DO NOT get your car washed there. Asked them not to put tyre dressing on as was having wheels refurbed & it was still put on. Had to speak to someone to have it taken off. For the price I paid, the door shuts are NEVER cleaned even though this is included in the price. Rude people, feel like am rushed through & I can do a better job on my windows. Most time, I have to finish off the car myself. If I speak to anyone about my child's car seat, they look disgusted at having to do more work, they don't put my parcel shelf back correctly & the inside of the car is still dirty. Expensive for a poor service
Just had my car 'washed'.. still dirty. Roof barely touched, dirt marks left on side skirts, not dried properly so now water streaks and marks all over the car. Get the feeling they rush you through, especially if you only want the outside cleaned. Wouldn't go back, shocking service.*Not to mention the swirl marks I've just found carved into the paint. Honestly do yourself a favour and don' bother with this lot.
AVOID AT ALL COST!Shocking service, really bad job done, they didn't even hoover all the leaves from the interior despite of being paid to do so (gold service).Worst part was that they used the same cleaner to clean the windows and my expensive leather interior. When confronted, they denied it, even though I stood there the whole time watching and clearly saw the whole thing close to having a heart attack!Would never go back! Awful. Might be good for old rusty vans quick exterior wash but don't take you nice car there.
