Anne, the owner is always lovely and goes above and beyond to help her customers as much as she can!The staff are always so helpful, they make the experience easy and as quick as possible. Everyone knows taking kids to get school uniform can be a nightmare but they make it so painless and enjoyable for the kids. Plus all of there garments and school shoes are such good quality, its a little bit more pricey than a supermarket but you get what you pay for!!!
Very rude management, owner named Anne!I was chasing up a refund, bearing in mind I had already PAID and re-ordered a product, she thought it was strange I was chasing up my progress of my refund which online stated it had been delivered back to them?She was practically laughing and scoffing down the phone at me!Wish my son's school didn't choose to deal with this supplier, I don't have time to waste on rude people!Shall be complaining to the school too!!!
