I would like to give no stars but I can't. Basically they advertise some leather chairs, that, in my opinion, are plastic. I bought some chairs from them and on the website they said they were leather (and they look nice in the picture), and when I called them, I asked them specifically if they were real leather and they assured me they were. When I got them, I was very disappointed as they were horrible. They looked like plastic and they didn't smell like leather at all. I emailed them a few times, but they ignored me completely. When I managed to contact them by phone, it was too late to return them and they said the reason they didn't reply is because my email went to their junk email. Not sure how they could find my email in their junk as, usually, they get deleted after 30 days. The man answering the phone, who was the same one confirming the chairs were leather, was very patronising (I think he was the owner) and I didn't feel I was being treated right. He was talking to me like I was an idiot. He gave me a minor discount to get rid of me basically, but I will never buy anything from them again and I would definitely not recommend this shop to anyone.
After looking for ages, purchased a painted coffee table at a very reasonable price. Buying online was easy, delivered in a few days. Product is great!
