canceled my membership months ago (outside of my 12 month contract) have just received a letter forwarded from my previous address asking for payment of arrears and threatening legal action. seems they did not actually cancel the membership. No one is answering the phone in the office and there is no number for the head office to make a complaint. absolute shambles of a gym! no office staff and absolutely no admin skills within the gym
Staff are very friendly and helpful; this is the main Anytime I use and I have to say they keep the place clean, tidy and invest in great new equipment. Love this place!
Without a doubt the best gym in Hertford. Much bigger than people think it is from the outside. Great free weights area with a wide range of kit. 24 hour entry with your key fob and multi site access to other Anytime gyms too! Staff are welcoming and friendly. The virtual classes are handy as they are available 24hours a day. Lots of evening instructor lead classes too! Check the gym out they do a one day free pass!!
I've been to a few gyms and this one feels a lot less intimidating. Would definitely recommend.
Very good gym. Good equipment. However no locker room and only 3 shower rooms are sometimes unacceptable.
