It's good but sometimes run out of wild bird food which is annoying.

Friendly staff, lots of dog toys and treats ample parking. Vet efficient, knowledgeable and overall good. Didn't recommend unnecessary procedures for my dog and thoroughly looked over him (not just for his injury). Dogs are allowed in the store and ample parking outside

Usually avoid at all costs but every time I have to go there I have some issue. This time it was being left waiting for 15 mins for the manager to come and authorise something. Staff are friendly but just so slow and completely over the top with 'rules'.If you go in to buy fish they start by asking how many, how big is the tank etc etc....trouble is it turns into the Spanish inquisition and you end up being stuck in there for the best part of an hour. I now use animal in hertford heath for dog bits and use the proper aquatics shops for fish and supplies. Mostly because they are fast, they have great knowlege and also because I've noticed lots of dead fish being left in tanks rotting at pets at home.
