I booked a boiler service with this company. The operator who took the booking was very nice and helpful, assured me that I would get a report of the service once this was completed.The engineer who attended was very thorough and helpful, also assured me that I would get a report within a week. when nothing arrived, I rang the company today to chase this report. The woman who answered actually scoffed at me for asking for the report, finding it obviously rather funny. She told me that no report is given and cannot comment on who or why said different. This is not what I was told a number of times and it is shameful and appalling that they do not deliver what they undertake to do. Also, the post service manner is at best rude, letting down the quality of the initial service and leaving a bad, lasting impression

I was impressed with Stuart and his assistant from the onset. They were polite and very well spoken. All my questions were answered fully and they were very patient with me. The engineers worked quickly and competently and didnt leave a mess, which might have been expected when fitting a boiler, thank you Jonathan and crew.
Martin and Joe were very friendly and efficient when completing the job. They fitted a Worcester 12/18 regular boiler and provided some very knowledgeable information about the product. Zoe in the office was extremely helpful and gave a very professional service. We were slightly hesitant to start as we live in Peterborough, but we were reassured from start to finish and I will be recommending NCS Property Maintenance around our area. Thanks again.
The guys at NCS were brilliant. We had a new boiler installed and I cannot fault their work. Not to mention the office staff, who kept us up to date with the whole process from start to finish and were very friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.
