You must try Galos if you're in Hertford.

Missed item from order, requested I go back to collect it after almost getting home, this would be 15 mins each way so around 30 mins round trip to collect it. The best they could offer was a free salad next time I go back. They should provide a refund for the item plus a free salad next time.
