Excellent food and excellent service. The menu far exceeds the usual McMullens offering; the scotch egg starter with pear chutney was truly exceptional. Great value too.

We had a family with 2 kids, and had an exceptional meal of lamb (for 2ppl) flat iron steak etc. Desserts were to die for lotus biscuit cheesecake were phenomenal. Price was reasonable, atmosphere great with open fires. Overall one of the best experiences I have had in a restaurant and will be recommending again.
Lovely food. On Sundays they have the typical Sunday roasts along with their entire menu available which is great for vegetarians. A large seating capacity so lots of space.
