Beautiful, peaceful site. Although the amenities were clean and the showers hot with constant running water they are tired looking with cracked tiles and the shower trays have worn enamel. Otherwise a beautiful site with lovely walks close to town.
Had a great stay here. The managers were really friendly and helpful, the showers were clean and had unlimited hot water, and the shower block was lovely and warm (it was freezing outside!). Washing up facilities clean and warm. The site is large so there was loads of room and it has a large play area. Will definitely come back when I'm next in the area :)
Just had a lovely week at Hertford, by far the best campsite we've stayed on. Extremely clean facilities, very friendly and helpful staff. Staff granted every request with regards to pitching.Big pitches and plenty of playing space for the children.Thanks for having us , we hope to see you again soon .
