Recovered in to Hertford auto centre by the AA as they are approved by the AA as a garage on there network as I am a AA member.They carried out the repair required to my Audi A5 (it was the injector that was faulty AA patrol man said)They quoted me a price for this repair that was reasonable and they replaced the faulty injector and all carried out on the same day.Extremely happy that my car was repaired the same day and I was back on the road.Nice to see a garage that do what they say.I definitely recommend them.Will definitely use them again for my next service.
Hertford Auto Centre is absoutly amazing, really professional, polite, educated & helpful staff. You cant trust Dealers or Mechanics these days, and I wouldnt trust anyone else with my vehicle but these guys, Hertford Auto Centre. They are prompt and try to do what ever they can to assist you, whether your a new or exciting customer. All the staff are honest, trained, passionate and extremely good at there job whether that be technician, manager or apprentice. They explain what the issue is in technical and laymans terms so any level of knowledge will understand. They really do help you out. I really wouldnt trust my vehicle with anyone else. If you dont mind the travel for exceptional service then Please, come see for yourself the great customer care you will receive at Hertford Auto Centre. 10/10. Wow what a brilliant service I needed a mot to tax my car as it expired.I called a few garages in Hertford and they were fully booked and could not help me.I called Hertford auto centre they were fully booked but said come down and wait have a coffee and we will do a mot for you there will be a short wait but we will do it.Nice to see a company that will help.Mot passed and taxed my car.Thanks for all your help.
