Disgusting service, was over an hour and half late picking up car, then took car to another garage in Harlow to have MOT and Service done, was quoted over 1000 for work that in reality should only have cost 400. Will never use this place again, they are rude, con artists.
Easy to book a service or MoT via web site. Work completed in the timeframe quoted. Very friendly staff who offer helpful advice and do all they can to help...and all this on Christmas Eve! Can't really ask for more!

Went in for an MOT, but was a bit cautious because I was using their Free MOT promotion, so expected a lesser service or to be up-sold like crazy, but thankfully that didn't happen. The staff were incredibly friendly and they started the MOT as soon as I arrived and were finished within 30 minutes. No up-selling at all, just good, honest, friendly service. I'll definitely go there again next year.
