Didn't answer the phone!
It is hard to get a Drs appointment anywhere these days but the people I speak to whenever I call here are so caring and helpful. It makes such a difference and I am personally really grateful.
18/08/17 - Saw the Doctor within 30 mins of my initial telephone call to the surgery. The lovely Receptionist there went out of her way to get me an appointment (thank you to her) - can't ask for better service than this!

This is a great surgery. When really ill they have gone above and beyond to fit us in, check up and care. I'm forever grateful to all the team who are so busy.
