My mum and I went in to make appointments for the nurse for the following week. When my mum arrived for her appointments at 2.30 the receptionist said her appointments are not till 4.30 so my mum showed her the paper she was given and all she was told was sit and wait I'll see you after...... I think it's disgusting my mum has had nothing but problems with this surgery so will be getting her moved.
Wish I could rate as 0 stars. They are that bad. I can't book an appointment as they said on the phone that they only accept walk ins which I can't do as I work full time and need a set appointment time.
Excellent gp's. Flippin' marvellous staff. Highly recommended.See a gp same day (guaranteed), just turn up early if you need to be seen earlier. Allowed to go away and come back nearer your appointment time if you like. Young kids and babies prioritised. Car park next door (reasonably priced and takes cards and cash). (September 2018)
Used to be great a few years ago. Now I would not recommend at all.
Used to be amazing until the majority of the doctors left. Now you can't phone to get an appointment, you seem to only be able to use the drop in clinic, which if you don't get there an hour before they even open, you'll be waiting for about 3 hours. Shockingly bad system that I would have thought they'd revise due to the floods of complaints but no. If you want to see a nurse it's not such a long wait though. Don't entertain the idea of joining Wallace house because if you do, you won't get out. I've been trying to change my doctor's for months now but I am unable as they're simply refusing to take anyone who is already registered in Hertford. I really do hope they change soon. They used to be so good.
