A great experience for me and my friends. Arranged a VIP table for my friends 40th and the bar staff couldn't do enough for us. We was really looked after. Our drinks and glasses were replenished often and the girl's who worked there are amazing, THANK YOU!! I would of given 5 stars but a couple of the door staff let the experience down just a little. They was way to bullish but wasn't necessary. Power gone to there head a bit but I've been clubbing for 25 years and my opinion is, management always struggle to employ decent doorman. My friends and I went to Deco Lounge last night (Saturday 21st Oct). I had arranged a VIP table with a drinks package in advance. Shiv was really great at organising this in advance by email. He also made sure all my questions were answered quickly (including a last minute email sent at lunch time on Saturday!)As we were at the venue on the 3rd Saturday of the month it was 'Urban Night' which meant the music was mostly RnB, Hip-Hop and UKG. It was amazing! My friends and I did not leave the dance floor.We had the 2* drinks package which was plentiful for my group (13 in total, 8 having the drinks package). I can't comment on how expensive the drinks are as I didn't need to go to the bar as we had all our drinks at our table.The main reason I marked them down was because I think the door staff just need to work on dealing with difficult guests (when my fiends arrived a group of 3 fairly drunk women pushed to the front of the queue and then we're making a bit of a scene. The door staff seemed unsure of how to deal with them, and it wasn't until Shiv turned up that things got sorted and the women were dealt with). Bearing in mind I had never been to Deco before this wasn't the best first impression, but once everything was sorted everything else went really smoothly. It would be great if the venue accepted card payments for entry. I appreciate it's only 5 (10 after 11pm) but it's 2017 and most people use contactless not cash!I would definitely come back here. I had a great night!
Good music and atmosphere but I have to agree with several other reviews, the door staff are an absolute disgrace at this place. I explained to one of the doormen I would be going outside to help a friend into a cab and he confirmed it was ok for me to come back in. However upon returning inside I was then advised by the Doorman outside I had 'blanked' the other doorman and walked out the bar thus was not allowed back despite showing my wristband. Amusingly my wife on the other hand whom was also outside with me was allowed back in (funny that). The doormen's behaviour towards me were absolutely disgusting, vile, discriminative, and belligerent and can only be defined as small minded degenerates whom thrive off bullying. I could understand if they had a valid reason (i.e too drunk) but to 1.) call me a liar 2.) actually think "blanking" warrants a dismissal is quite sad to say the least. Fortunately with 1 hour left until closing my night was not completely ruined. Another note, be mindful of the crowd in this place too as several losers tried to get involved in my dispute on their way out the doormen's a**! But the pups were all bark no bite (ironically not until I had left anyways). If you actually care about your rep Deco replace the current pigs on the door with actual professionals as this may even attract a classier crowd!

Always guaranteed a good night here, staff are friendly and welcoming. Good service all round and always recommend to friends when looking for a good night out. 5 Stars isn't enough :)
