Myself and 4 friends went to this venue on NYE and absolutely loved it. I don't really enjoy New Years Eve as it is usually so expensive and have to wait ages for a drink. We booked a booth and waited no more than 5 minutes for Danny (the manager) to come and get us to show us to our booth.Our bottle of Vodka and wine was brought over straight away along with complimentary sweets and merchandise that always goes well with taking pictures. We literally danced the night away, did not sit down the entire night as every song was brilliant. The DJ also put on our requests that we asked for to make it more special for us. Can't recommend this venue more for a fun night out where you don't have to take yourselves seriously, will definitely be back
Sadly will not be returning. I was unfairly picked on by one of their cloakroom staff for questioning their system when they lost my coat. She then set their bouncers on me to remove me from the club when I had done nothing wrong. Two aggressive male bouncers left physical bruises on my arms. I complained to management the next day. They all clubbed together with a pack of lies, claiming I was abusive but with no proof. This was not the case at all! To make matters even worse the manager made up a fabricated story saying I re entered the club after closing, he personally witnessed this apparently. I asked for cctv proof and a continued conversation over the phone or in person about my complaint. Surprisingly I havent heard a word from them since their fabricated reply. Yet to receive an apology or promise that behaviour like this wont happen any unlucky future customers. Avoid at all costs: horrendous establishment, cloak staff, bouncers and management are vile.
Had an amazing night here for my friends hen night The set up they done was fantastic as I had booked a VIP package. The bride to be had a brilliant night. Even the door men were so funny and great. Olivia the bar supervisor was so lovely and couldn't do enough for us to make it a great night.It was our first time here and we will definitely be back. Danny the manager and his team have a fab set up there.
Visited for a friends birthday and not a complaint to be made, fantastic prices and drinks quality. Amazing service and an overall fantastic experience. Keep it up!
There is a lack of signs indicating where you can take your drink and where not to and staff get slightly confrontational when you unknowingly take your drinks where in which your not supposed to and in response staff take drinks and pour them away before even explaining as to why and considering drinks are over priced its not cool to take a product a customer has paid for away from them and waste it without proper reason, a simple can you go inside and finish that drink otherwise we will have to take it from you would have been sufficient but instead they just take it. Good tunes tho but still.
