Do not use. Had a problem with the boiler having low pressure. I was fixing it by opening the filling pipe switches. However this was only lasting a short amount of time before pressure was at 0 again so we decided to call these cowboys. My girlfriend was in when a plumber turned up, spent five minutes and left Charging us 350. A day later the pressure was at 0 again. He had done what we were doing and charged 350. Also asked to look at a faulty toilet. Said no problem, will order the parts and fix it later, in the week. Still not heard from them. Called in to complain and the lady on the line was quite aggressive and seemed to place the blame on us. Shocking service. Shocking communication and overpriced. Wish I had read the reviews. Sad in this day and age they can get.away with it.
I feel disgusted with the way this company has treated me tonight Their engineer arrived late The office wanted to charge 495 even though their engineer had only been in my house for 10 minutes and I was advised that it would only be a 110 diagnostic fee he didn't disclose anything in the 10 minutes he w there and their office straight away asked for 495. Don't use this company.
PM247 quoted me 110 for a next-day call out and investigation. The plumber arrived on time and was totally professional. To remove one radiator, fix a small leak and shift the position of some pipes, PM247 quoted me 395 plus VAT. I eventually paid 354 including VAT, and have to admit I was a mug for paying even that much! I cannot fault the excellent plumber, from Paul's Property Plumbing, but I felt that PM247 charged an outrageous price. I did not appreciate the operator's claims that she was applying discounts on her computer system and that "computer says no" when I asked her to go lower. Clearly a dishonest negotiating tactic.Strongly recommend that you avoid this company.
Usually very good, but overpromising on call backs and offering 24-7 service when this is clearly not the case, how they have changed... Wont be using them in future as dont do what they tell you and website is misleading also, 1hour response is way off the mark... find another reliable plumber service.
Really impressed with this company! Called them at about 7.30pm last night as one of my tenants had a shower that they couldn't turn off. I spoke to Holly who was really helpful and professional, and kept me updated with what was happening and what needed to be done. By 10pm it was all sorted. I was also surprised to get a full email report from the engineer as well. My tenant was really happy and said the engineer new exactly what the problem was and was also really professional. Thanks
