Absolutely useless.I have been trying to get a viewing on a property but it seems they are not one bit interested in selling. I have completed the online viewing form, phoned 3 times but still no one can offer me a viewing. They could tell me the property was still available but thats all i got. I feel really sorry for the owners at this rate they will never sell the property.Terrible service I would not recommend for selling or buying.
Meeting them for the first time at valuation was a pleasure and encouraging experience. From there the sale of our home was handled by other members of staff. We had already found our home in Bath, so we were in close contact with our Agency there. After three weeks and minimal contact from GoMove, I had lost complete confidence in them. I requested our flat be taken off the market. The emailed response was lazy and bordering on rude. I responded that this was no way to keep a customer. However I was not sure what services we were actually going to pay for, as the first apparent viewing was to be done by me due to it being slightly out of working hours, but that person never arrived or rescheduled. The viewing that was supposed to have happened while I was out but one week later there had been zero feedback. When I next spoke to the Agents in Bath, they laughed and said they had been told by GoMove that there had been loads of viewings and that interest was very high. I took this as a sign that despite the fantastic first impressions, scratch the surface, and there was another story. My feedback to them has received no courtesy response several weeks later.
