I made an appointment yesterday and received a confirmation email regarding a market appraiasal for today at 1pm. I had to travel 20 miles for this appointment supposedly with their Valuations Manager Rebecca Balli. At 1.05pm I called the Hertford Office stating I was at the address waiting. I was promised a call back straightaway re. the location of the of Ms Balli. I received no call back so again I called the office, now 1.25pm and was given the same advice!I left at about 1.30pm having not received any calls back or the confirmed visit and began my journey back home.Two hours of time wasted and money for nothing.If I could give them no stars I would!
