Left dissapointed! Had a last minute idea for a gift for a friend, ordered in particular for the 48 hour delivery service. Asked for this at checkout, paid 10 delivery - 43 in total for my order. No order delivered. Customer service email address doesnt accept emails it seems. Finally get in touch to say that if I wanted express delivery I should have phone d the office to request it. Convenient online order service = FAIL! So, its now over a week, still no book. Phoned today and they hope to send it out tomorrow. Speed delivery service = FAIL! The company representative on the phone didnt seem o care, in his words he only works there, doesnt represent the company or the content of the Website. Quality Customer care = FAIL!Will not buy from again. Could have been guaranteed a 72 hour delivery from larger companies. Which Id opted for that option, wouldnt have been any more expensive.
