I popped in yesterday to post a package to the USA and they didnt have the plastic dockets for customs slips in stock. Danny was super helpful and offered me a plastic sheet that would have just been put in the bin that he found behind the counter instead. He was really friendly - a breath of fresh air in a world where we shop online mainly and only go into store with issues to be solved by a real person!
Been going to the Post Office in Ware for many years, but I went to the UOE Store on Friday and it was a very pleasant experience. I was served by Andrew whom was very friendly and helpful. We had a nice chat about Newcastle, a place where we are both from. I found it refreshing that he seemed genuinely interested, rather than just saying place on the scales and 3.95 for recorded, a nice young man. The layout of the store is also good, and they have a good selection of stationary products. I rarely write reviews, but I wanted Andrews kind and professional manner to be recognised. I shall use the UOE Store from now on, much better than Ware Post Office.
I don't go to the post office very often and most of the times I ask a lot of questions to make sure I am choosing the right service. Today I was served by Danny who has been really kind to me and helped me a lot to send a parcel quite important to me. He gave me all the avalaible options and he didn't mind repeating them and reassuring me on the arrival of the parcel. Great service and great staff!
